Key Responsibilities:
- Your responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:
•Partnering with the management team to meet and exceed individual and store sales metrics and manage the shrink established by the company
•Setting an example for the team in using Vanity’s 5 steps of selling to maximize sales results and provide exceptional customer service
•Supporting Store Sales Manager in identifying, recruiting, and managing adequate store staff
•Role modeling Vanity company pride within the store by keeping a clean and safe environment for all customers and employees
•Assisting in meeting visual standards within the store in changing floor sets and implementing promotional guidelines in a timely manner
•Creating awareness and communicating fashion trends to our customers
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate a sale focused mindset, the ability to lead in providing exceptional service, a personal style and knowledge of fashion trends, and interactive social skills to effectively communicate. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Jewelry Consultant-Part time/Permanent

Salary: Hourly plus commission depending on experience

Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Person will be held responsible to obtain monthly sales goal as well as credit objectives. Person will also be responsible to maintain cleanliness of store and ensure safety of inventory. Person may be assigned other duties as required by manger or corporation.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Basic typing skills and outgoing personality are a plus. Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and must be 18 years of age.
